Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
